FAQ

Questions

How much does a band website cost?

Builds are $500, $750 or $1,000 for working APRA members, plus $30 a month for hosting and updates. Non APRA members pay double. All tiers and options are listed in the pricing above.

Can you replace my Wix or Bandzoogle website?

Yes. Send us your current link with your bio, photos and music links and we'll build you a new custom site. If you already own your domain, it can usually be pointed at the new site.

Are you Australian owned?

Yes. Green Room Management is Australian owned and we have no offshore employees.

Do you only build websites for bands?

No. We build websites for bands, solo artists and musicians anywhere in Australia.

Will my band website show up on Google?

We set up your site so Google can read it properly and match it to your band name, genre and scene. Nobody can guarantee a ranking, but a clear, fast site gives you the best chance.

What counts as a simple update?

Adding or removing shows, swapping photos, updating links and small text changes. Up to four a month are included.

Is there a contract?

No lock in. Give us two weeks notice and we'll stop the monthly fee.

Who owns the website?

You do. The domain, content and site are set up in accounts in your name, so if you leave we simply hand it over.

Who pays for the domain?

You can pay for it directly, or we can cover it and add it to your bill.

Who are these prices for?

Working APRA members get our discounted rates, which are half our standard prices. Non APRA members are welcome too and pay the standard rate, which is double. Both prices are shown on every tier.

How does the merch store take payments?

Payments go straight to your own Stripe account, which you'll need to set up. There are no platform or monthly fees from us, just Stripe's standard card fees, which you cover. You pack and post your orders.

Are you a PR company?

No. We don't pitch to radio or magazines, and we don't guarantee press, radio play or reviews. We build your site and press kit and help promote your releases and shows.

Do you design posters or artwork?

No. We're not designers. You supply your photos, artwork and posters, and we build the site and promotion around them.

Do I need a website and marketing together?

No. You can take just the website, just a marketing campaign, or both.
